Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return, replacement, or full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your original purchase. Requests received after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Downloads

If you purchased a digital collection (Google Drive delivery) and are not satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days. We offer:

• Full refund — no questions asked within 30 days.
• Re-delivery — if your download link has expired or failed to arrive.
• Swap — exchange for a different collection of equal or lesser value.

3. Physical USB Orders

For USB drive deliveries, we offer a full refund or free replacement under any of the following conditions:

• The USB drive arrives damaged or physically broken.
• The files on the USB drive are corrupt or fail to open on your device.
• The order is lost in transit and cannot be confirmed via tracking after 15 business days.
• You are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery — simply return the USB and we will refund you in full. Return shipping is free — we will provide a prepaid label upon request.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Returns are free. If you need to return a physical USB drive, contact us and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You do not pay anything to return an item.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved:

• Digital refunds are issued within 1–3 business days back to your original PayPal account.
• Physical USB refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item, or upon approval for items lost/damaged in transit.

6. How to Request a Return

Email us at zipmybook@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation email with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
