ZipMyBook respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on our website that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
All books in our Free Classics library are compiled from works that we believe to be in the public domain in the United States and other countries. However, if you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated agent.
2. How to File a DMCA Notice
Your notice of infringement must be a written communication that includes substantially the following information:
