1. Digital Goods policy
Due to the downloadable nature of our digital ebook collections, we generally do not offer refunds once the Google Drive link has been delivered or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues accessing the link, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
2. Physical USB orders
For USB drive deliveries, we offer refunds or free replacements under the following conditions:
- The USB drive arrives damaged or physically broken.
- The files on the USB drive are corrupt or fail to mount.
- The order is lost in transit and cannot be verified via tracking after 15 business days.
3. How to Request Support
To request a replacement or ask a question about your order, please email us at Labrinyservices@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include your order ID for faster processing.
